DAVIE–The Dolphins have made it through the majority of Organized Team Activities with minimal injury issues, but they were without starting left tackle Laremy Tunsil this afternoon.
Tunsil, who is moving from left guard to tackle this offseason to replace Branden Albert, did light upper-body work on the side for the first half of practice before rejoining his teammates as an observer.
“Just being soft,” coach Adam Gase joked. He said “we’re all right” when asked for clarification on Tunsil’s injury.
Tunsil, 22, started 14 games for the Dolphins last season, including two at left tackle. He missed one game because of a shoulder injury and one because he hurt his ankle in the shower the morning of a game. The main backup for him at this point is ninth-year veteran Sam Young.
