DAVIE–The Dolphins‘ season is teetering, and this week their hope of pulling off a winning record hinges on beating the lowly Broncos at home.

Nothing is a given for Miami. The Broncos are 3-8 and stuck in a seven-game losing streak, but they’ve got a very good defense that will present problems for the Dolphins. Here are coach Adam Gase’s updates after the final practice of the week:

–Backup quarterback Matt Moore is out with a foot injury. He hasn’t practiced all week.

–Right guard Jermon Bushrod is also out with a foot injury. This will be the second straight game he’s missed.

–Gase is very pleased with the mindset of his players despite the five-game losing streak. He said they’ve done great at turning their attention to the next game and having great practices.

–Damien Williams (shoulder) will not play. He was injured in the New England game.

–With Senorise Perry still in the concussion protocol, it looks like Miami will have only Kenyan Drake and recent practice squad call-up De’Veon Smith at running back against Denver.
