DAVIE — Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker was at practice on Thursday, but he was was wearing boxing gloves, not a football helmet.

Parker is still rehabilitating an ankle injury sustained in a loss at Buffalo last week. But earlier in the day, coach Adam Gase said he believes Parker will play at Kansas City on Sunday.

Among the players who were practicing: running back Damien Williams (shoulder), defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh (knee), cornerback Cordrea Tankersley (ankle), defensive lineman Terrence Fede (knee), defensive end Cam Wake (not injury related) and quarterback Matt Moore (foot).

Williams is improving but there are still some things in practice that make him feel uncomfortable, Gase said earlier Thursday.

Among those not practicing were safety Michael Thomas (knee), who missed last Sunday’s game.
