Former Miami Dolphins running back Jay Ajayi allegedly trashed a Los Angeles mansion and shoved its owner, according to a lawsuit reported on by TMZ.com.

According to the report, Ajayi rented a 6,000-foot pad located above the Sunset Strip, for five days after the Eagles and Ajayi won the Super Bowl.

According to the lawsuit, Ajayi and a friend threw at least three parties at the home, despite Ajayi being told no parties. The owner claims Ajayi broke a table, scratched some floors and violated a no smoking rule.

The owner claims Ajayi owes $25,000 in penalty fees and that Ajayi pushed him in the chest in a menacing and threatening manner.

The Dolphins traded Ajayi to the Eagles last October for a fourth-round pick, recently used to select Arizona State rookie Kalen Ballage.
